Tier-I (Preliminary) – Qualifying Stage

Tier-II (Mains) – Merit Deciding Stage

Paper-I: Compulsory for all posts – Modules: Quantitative Abilities (30 Qs, 60 marks), Reasoning & General Intelligence (30 Qs, 60 marks), English Language (45 Qs, 180 marks), General Awareness (20 Qs, 40 marks), Computer Proficiency (15 Qs, 60 marks). Total: 140 questions, 400 marks.

Paper-II: Statistics (for JSO post) – 100 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours.

Paper-III: General Studies (Finance & Economics for AAO post) – 100 questions, 200 marks, 2 hours.

Selection Process

  1. Tier-I (Preliminary Exam): Computer-based qualifying test with 100 MCQs.
  2. Tier-II (Mains Exam): Computer-based merit-deciding test with multiple papers.
  3. Document Verification (DV): Candidates who qualify Tier-II are called for document verification.
  4. Physical/Medical Test: For specific posts like Inspector, Sub-Inspector, etc.
